A fun, easy-to-follow, shallow-water class suitable for all levels and abilities.

 

Aquafit

medium intensity

Faster-paced class suitable for regular exercisers. Includes cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning, and toning.

 

Aqua Deep

medium-high intensity

A medium high-intensity workout in deep water using buoyancy equipment. It includes cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning and toning. Water confidence is necessary.

An easy-paced, low-impact exercise class that includes cardiovascular fitness, muscle conditioning and floor work.

Gentle stretch with a focus on joint mobility. For beginners and those with long-term injuries. Improves flexibility, balance and well being. Bring mat. 

 

Circuit 45 HIIT

HIIT (high-intensity interval training). All levels welcome for a body weight only class. Be motivated into your training zone using HIIT protocols and principles. Come to class hydrated and ready to go.

Core and Mobility

Dance

Hydro Motion
